The video is cute but ultimately it didn't present any new material or address any of the many unanswered forum questions like specifically when the export feature for responses that was said to be ready months ago will be launched. I love 4q, please keep us better informed! I know you guys are busy but shooting out a few forum responses every once in a while doesn't take a huge amount of time or effort.

Thanks for your comments Dan. We agree with you. We'll certainly make a more concerted effort, moving forward, of responding to your forum posts on a regular basis.

On top of any forum or blog posts, all 4Q users will be emailed whenever we have any product updates/changes.

We have experienced delays in rolling out this new version of 4Q, and we apologize. We are VERY close to making an important announcement on this new version, so please stay tuned to the forum.
