About a month ago, the team at Conversion-Rate-Experts.com published "14 free tools that reveal why people abandon your website." The post clearly highlighted the importance of Voice of Customer data in an overall web analysis strategy, and we've seen a steady and solid influx of engaged visitors coming through that post to the 4Q site ever since. A large percentage of these visitors have created their own 4Q account. I decided to reach out to the Conversion Rate Experts to thank them for their valuable post, and have been in talks with Chairman Karl Blanks and CEO Ben Jesson ever since. Karl took the time to provide me with extremely tangible and actionable feedback about our tool - all of which we are including in our development plans for 4Q.
