iPerceptions @ San Diego Online Marketing Summit

iPerceptions will be hitting the road in the first week of February, traveling to beautiful San Diego, to attend the annual Online Marketing Summit. The show's mission is purely educational: in years past, the mere suggestion of a sales pitch during a presentation has elicited choruses of "boos" from the attendees. We'll be speaking in one of the acumen tracks on the topic of website usability, using 4Q data to highlight what user experience pitfalls sites need to avoid if they want to flourish in very trying times.

Here's a boilerplate with more details about the show, straight from the good folks at OMS:

Set in sunny San Diego from February 4-7, 2009, the Summit brings together thought leaders, authors, Fortune 500 case studies, practitioners and all the best minds in marketing with one simple mission: to educate marketers on the emerging best practice of Online Marketing. There are NO Vendors, NO Salesmen, NO Exhibitors/Booths and NO sales pitches allowed. The focus is to facilitate networking, collaboration and true “education first” environment amongst like-minded marketing peers.. This year we have ALL NEW content and speakers in the areas of Social Media, Web Analytics, Search Engine Marketing, Email, and Website Strategy, as well as:

* Online Marketing Certification Courses
* Expert, Novice and Vertical Tracks
* Financial Aid for Individuals paying their own way
