American Websites Falling Behind in Customer Satisfaction and Task Completion

We just completed a detailed analysis of international 4Q survey data since launch (March 2008) for all industry sectors and we found that American websites were lagging behind in the crucial areas of task completion and customer satisfaction. American sites collectively ranked 9th out of 17 industrialized nations in the area of task completion, while they collectively came in second to Canada in customer satisfaction.
